Formcase FAQ
FAQ ist die Abkürzung für “Frequently Asked Questions” (häufig gestellte Fragen). Es handelt sich um eine Sammlung von Fragen und dazugehörigen Antworten, die dazu dienen, wiederkehrende Fragen von Kunden, Benutzern oder Besuchern zu beantworten. FAQ werden oft auf Websites, in Produktdokumentationen oder in Kundensupportbereichen verwendet, um den Nutzern eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Informationsquelle zu bieten. Die FAQ sollen dabei helfen, häufig auftretende Fragen vorab zu klären und somit Zeit und Ressourcen für das Unternehmen und die Kunden zu sparen.

→ Yes, the trolleys/carts are great for the new 9th generation iPad 10.2″. The iPads starting from the 8th generation are delivered with Lightning to USB-C cable. Our USB-C version is best suited for this.
→ Yes, the tablets fit into the trolleys/cartsincluding the protective cover. With all covers, even keyboard covers are no problem. Which cover is used, you best tell us when ordering, so that we can find the right foam for you here.
→ Yes, as an educational institution you can easily order from us on account. Here you will receive the invoice by mail after delivery. If you order via our online store, simply select “Offline payment” as the payment method.
→ Yes, just send us an email to info@formcase.de with your commercial register proof.
→ The company Formcase makes a custom foam on request in combination with a trolley. This takes a little longer than a standard foam, but is created without extra charge. So if you still want to accommodate pens, laptop or other accessories, this is no problem. We will create the right foam for you
